Agriturismo Cà del Duca – Experience Nature, Feel the History
The Agritourism offers guests the chance to enjoy homemade menus prepared with certified organic products, in keeping with tradition and accompanied by typical regional wines.
Nature reigns supreme here, providing the opportunity to relax and stroll outdoors in a peaceful and quiet environment.
Outdoor and evening snacks are organized under the large gazebo in the courtyard, with menus tailored to the occasion, surrounded by a charming and beautifully lit landscape.
On cold winter evenings, you can enjoy a candlelit dinner by our fireplace, warmed by a wood fire.
A single set menu will be served, at the discretion of the host and based on seasonal availability. It typically includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course, dessert, seasonal fruit, house wine, coffee, and homemade liqueur.
Examples of dishes offered include:
Regional cold cuts and cheeses from local organic farms, homemade savory pies, garden-fresh and preserved vegetables, house-made mustard, Anolini, fresh pasta Tagliolini, Grandma’s Tortelli, Cannelloni, Lasagna, potato Gnocchi, mushroom Crêpes, mixed boiled meats with stuffing accompanied by sauces and mustard, organic rabbit and chicken from our farm, wild boar, and even full menus based entirely on PGI mushrooms (www.fungodiborgotaro.com).
Desserts may include: tarts made with local berries and fruit from our orchard, and traditional country cake, among others.
All dishes are homemade using certified organic products from our own farm and other local sources.
Anna Maria is dedicated to the study and research of homemade cooking rooted in ancient regional flavors.
